Everything below is work we take on ourselves. Where a job needs a licensed electrician, plumber or structural trade, we say so and point you at the right person rather than taking it on anyway.

Kitchener
The floor came out down to the boards, which is where the water damage was. New tile, vanity, toilet, mirror and lighting went back in, and the original black tile border was kept so the room still matches the rest of the house.
Waterloo
The opening was reframed to take a full-size front loader, the dryer vent rerun in rigid duct on the shortest run out, and the whole closet closed back up and made good.
Cambridge
Rusted fittings on brick let water track straight into the wall. Old hood and light off, holes made good, new hood set and sealed properly against the brick face.
Quotes go out the same day in almost every case. If Ahmed is up a ladder when you ring, you get a call back that evening, not next week.
A single sticking door is a real booking, not something to apologise for. If you have a list saved up we will work through that instead. Both are normal weeks for us.
Drills, saws, compound, caulk, fasteners and a stocked hardware bin travel with us, so a missing bracket does not turn into a second appointment.
Drop sheets down before the first cut, dust vacuumed up, offcuts and packaging taken away. You should not be able to tell where we set up.
We run out of Highland Road in Kitchener, which is why Kitchener jobs often get looked at the same day and why Waterloo and Cambridge are short runs rather than expeditions.
Being local also means we know the housing. A 1970s split-level in Forest Heights, a student rental near the Waterloo campuses and a century home in Galt are three completely different jobs, and knowing that before we arrive saves everybody time and money.
