How we price a visit
Almost all of this is priced on time rather than per item, so the useful question is not what one job costs but how much of a visit it uses up. A curtain rod into a stud is fifteen minutes. The same rod into solid brick with no existing fixings is closer to an hour.
One job is a perfectly normal booking. So is a list of ten. If you do happen to have several things waiting, mention them when you call and we will fit what we can into the same visit, but nothing here is priced to push you into a bigger job than you actually need.
Quotes are free and there is no call-out charge to come and look at something.
Inside the house
The bulk of what we do. Surfaces, fixtures and the moving parts of a house, all of which wear out on a schedule nobody plans for.
General handyman & small repairs
The small jobs nobody else will quote on. One of them or fifteen, same phone number.
Painting & drywall repair
Patches that disappear, textures that match, and paint lines you do not notice.
Flooring installation & repair
Laminate, vinyl plank, tile and carpet, laid flat and finished at the edges.
