What you can hold us to on any job
We turn up in the window we gave you
You get an arrival window, not a vague day. If something on an earlier job overruns you get a call before the window closes, not after it.
The price is agreed before work starts
You get a price or a clear range up front. If we find something unexpected we stop and talk to you about it rather than adding it to the invoice.
We say no when it is not our job
Licensed electrical, gas, drain work, structural changes and torsion springs go to specialists. Being told no is a sign the rest of the advice is worth something.
If something is not right, we come back
Call us. Work that has failed or was not finished properly gets put right, and we would much rather hear about it than read about it.
If we did good work, it genuinely helps
A one-person handyman business lives on local reputation. Reviews on the Google Business Profile are how most of our work arrives, far more than anything else, so if a job went well and you have two minutes we would appreciate it.
If a job did not go well, call us before you write anything. We would much rather come back and put it right than read about it, and that offer is not conditional on whether you leave a review afterwards.
