Roof and shed roof repair
Lifted or missing shingles, exposed nails, failed pipe boots and flashing at chimneys and valleys, plus complete re-cover on garden sheds and small outbuildings. If a roof is at the end of its life we will tell you it needs a roofer rather than sell you a patch that buys one winter.
Gutter cleaning and repair
Clearing packed eavestroughs, resetting sagging sections back to fall, resealing leaking joints and refitting downspouts and extensions that discharge too close to the foundation. Autumn clearing after the maples drop is the single cheapest piece of preventive maintenance on a Tri-Cities house.
Gutter guard installation
Mesh and screen guards fitted to existing eavestroughs. They cut clearing down to about once every couple of years on a house without heavy tree cover. Under mature maples they still need checking, and we will say so rather than promise you never have to think about it again.

Cracked or wind-lifted vinyl panels, loose J-trim, damaged corner posts and the gaps around dryer vents, hose bibs and light blocks where water and mice both get in. Individual panels can usually be unzipped and swapped without touching the rest of the elevation.

Repointing failed mortar joints, rebuilding loose brick at steps and pillars, patching spalled concrete and resetting patio and walkway slabs that have heaved. Road salt and freeze-thaw are hard on Tri-Cities brickwork, and open joints let water straight into the wall.

Repointing the stack, replacing cracked crowns and refitting rain caps and flashing at the roof line. Water getting in around a chimney is one of the most common sources of upstairs ceiling stains, and it is regularly blamed on the roof itself.
